Policy:
We strive to make all of our customers
happy. Occasionally there are reasons for items to be
returned, including something as simple as a change of mind. We
are happy to accommodate our customers under the following terms:
If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, send an
email request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. We recommend sending returns by some traceable delivery
(tracking or delivery confirmation) and in a secure box. We are
not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.
All items for return must be returned within 30 days and must have an
RMA number to be processed. Items must be returned in resalable
condition. Non-defective returns that are in resalable
condition may incur a 20% restocking fee. There is no refund on
any shipping fees. In the event of a mis-shipped item we will
gladly reship at our expense.
Items that are not in resalable condition will not be refunded.
Resalable means that is in its original condition with all seals intact
and in a condition that you would find desirable if you purchased the
item.
Items damaged in transit must be reported to BillyBonkers.com or the
carrier immediately. The carrier may wish to examine the package,
so in the event of damages it is important that you save all packaging
and report damages within 24 hours of receipt.
